"Eatrip Soil" is a food store in Omotesando.
Many aspiring producers in various parts of Japan produce wonderful seasonings and processed foods that are rooted in the land, and it was opened by chef Nomura Yuri, founder of "Eatrip", as a place to deliver them.
・
The products selected based on unwavering standards are based on a lineup that makes you think "everyday meals are fun."
Traditional fermented seasonings such as soy sauce, miso, and vinegar, kelp and bonito flakes, grains, noodles, bread, dairy products, processed meats such as ham and sausages, wine, and baked goods. There are also tableware and household items.
・
The appeal is that you can casually shop for delicious flavors from places you've never been to. When you don't have a chance to talk to the staff and ask about the products, it's nice to be able to rely on the captions.
