Highlights - Very interesting place, this is the 'Electric Town' and you are in the right place if you are an anime lover. A hub of otaku culture, regardless of your age, this place can be pretty eye opening. There are countless anime shops and themed cafes here.

4. Ginza
Highlights - An upscale shopping district, and there is also a 12 storey Uniqlo! There are many luxury boutiques here and nightlife is vibrant.
