We had the francais paniers available only at the Français Omotesando flagship store at the cafe.

The texture is amazingly crispy! Too delicious and impressive🤩✨✨✨

The cream is a blend of fresh cream, mascarpone and custard.

The combination with the savory pie crust is exquisite.

The pie crust is made up of several thin layers, and although it crumbles easily, I was able to eat it beautifully by twisting the pie crust with the cream.

You can also take out from one piece! I really recommend it🤩
