The Statue of Liberty in Tokyo is located at 1-chome, Odaiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. It is 12.25 meters tall, weighs 9 tons, and is open all year round. This was originally a stronghold for placing artillery batteries. It was expanded several times after the war and later became a beautiful park. Most of the tourists who come here will go to the Statue of Liberty to check in and take photos.
In 1998, Japan and France launched a cultural exchange activity called "Year of France in Japan", and a large number of French cultural and artistic works came to Japan for exhibition, including a Statue of Liberty. Although this Statue of Liberty is much smaller than the one in New York and lacks the imposingness as imagined, it is still very exquisite and cannot be compared with ordinary copycat versions.
Although the Statue of Liberty in Odaiba is a replica made in response to the regrets after the original was returned, it has become a symbol of Odaiba. Taking a photo with the goddess with the Rainbow Bridge as the background is an indispensable activity.
Address: 1-4-1, Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo
