Did you know there are hydrangea spots in Tokyo? Surprisingly, if you look around, you'll find quite a few. Here are two recommended hydrangea spots.
📍 Ueno Onshi Park
Address: 5-20 Ueno Park, Taito City, Tokyo 110-0007
Access: 6-minute walk from Ueno Station
Cost: Free
Recommended Point: The hydrangeas around Shinobazu Pond are beautiful.
📍 Fuchu City Local History Museum
Address: 6-32 Minami-cho, Fuchu City, Tokyo 183-0026
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Last admission at 4:00 PM)
Access: Take the Keio Line or Nambu Line to Bubaigawara Station, then take a local bus (departing from Bubaigawara Station) bound for Kyodo no Mori General Gymnasium and get off at "Kyodo no Mori Main Gate."
Admission Fee: 300 yen
The combination of hydrangeas and the Meiji-era style buildings creates a feeling as if you've traveled back in time.
