About a 7-minute walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station. "Farm to Me SUGAR FACTORY," located along the Sumida River, is a bakery & restaurant operated by the sugar manufacturer Daito Sugar. You can enjoy carefully crafted bread, dishes, and tea in a space that values connection with nature.

On the first floor bakery, you’ll find bread made by Chef Toshiro Fujieda, formerly of "Carla Aurelia," which won the Tabelog Top 100 and Bakery Awards. From staples like baguettes and country bread to baked sweets made with honey sugar, a variety of items crafted with attention to ingredients and methods are available.

🍽️ Enjoy the marriage of bread and dishes at the restaurant

The third-floor restaurant is supervised by Chef Masayuki Okuda of the local Italian restaurant "Al Checciano." The lunch set (2,500 yen) includes five types of bread and spreads, salad, soup, and two dishes. You can spend a relaxing time at the riverside seats overlooking the Sumida River.

The tea blended by tea blender Tomoko Uchida is served in a Russian samovar. You can enjoy adjusting the strong tea to your preferred strength, accompanied by beet sugar and raw sugar.
