The shop’s special rich homemade sauce
is said to be a blend of slowly simmered beef and a secret demi-glace sauce💡

It was made a bit richer to match the omelet rice🧸🤎

The sauce perfectly matched the sweetness of the eggs and was incredibly delicious…(՞ o̴̶̷̤ ̫ o̴̶̷̤՞)
