Enjoy a dazzling city night view while dining at the tavern!

This is my second stay at Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills. Aside from Aman, this is currently my favorite place to stay in Tokyo. The hotel was designed by Yutaka Tsuji and Shinichiro Ogata, and its design style perfectly showcases Japan’s cultural dedication to aesthetics and purity.
During this stay, I made sure to wake up early to enjoy a morning swim and share with everyone the stunning views of Tokyo Tower from afar at "dusk and night." Here’s a little tip: when booking Andaz Tokyo, remember to choose a Tower View room. Trip.com offers this as a separate option, which costs about 200 yuan more than a Garden View room. If you book through other apps, you can leave a note when reserving, but rooms with Tokyo Tower views are only on one side and are very popular on weekends. Spending a bit more is definitely worth it.
The hotel pool is open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the space is beautifully designed. Besides the heated pool in the public area, the bathroom also features a private hot spring bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. The standard room at Andaz costs around 3000 to 4000 yuan per night and is located in Roppongi, Tokyo. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to Ginza and less than 30 minutes to Omotesando, with convenient subway access as well. Although some feel there aren’t many shopping spots around Roppongi, a 5-minute walk toward Shimbashi reveals many quality restaurants where you can enjoy great meals without reservations (some restaurants are open late, and there’s even a 24-hour barbecue place).
