Michelin 1 Star | Tokyo Tower Azabudai | Affordable Omakase

Sushi Azabu is the main branch of the one-star sushi restaurant "AZABU" located in Manhattan, New York City, and Miami Beach, Florida.
That evening, I dined alone, and the chef was very thoughtful, chatting with me in English. Each dish was introduced individually when served, and whenever I didn’t understand something, the chef would use Google to look up the ingredients. Although the ingredients weren’t the most luxurious, everything was fresh and worth the price.
My favorite was the sweet shrimp sushi. Also, the sesame tofu had a magical taste, full of surprises~~
Lunch 11:00-/12:30-/14:00-: 4,800 yen
Dinner 17:30-/19:45-: 9,800 yen
Please make a reservation in advance on the official website (this restaurant only has 12 seats), as walk-ins are basically not possible.
