Located on the 2nd floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 1, at the far end of the North Wing departure lobby. This famous shop lets you casually enjoy the taste of "Taishoken," known as the pioneer of the tsukemen (dipping noodles) boom, right at the airport.

The "Special Mori Soba," loved for over 45 years since its founding, features a rich and deep flavor created by a double broth of seafood and meat. Even amid the airport's hustle and bustle, this bowl offers a nostalgic and comforting experience.

This time, we tried:

The medium-thick noodles with firm texture are perfectly coated with a sweet and sour dipping sauce, delivering a classic taste. The creamy half-boiled egg adds richness and depth, keeping you satisfied until the last bite.

The interior mainly consists of about 30 counter seats. It has a welcoming atmosphere where you can easily stop by alone before your departure. It also supports electronic money and QR code payments, making it very convenient.
