When you come to Omotesando, Tokyo, you absolutely can’t miss this hidden gem of a café! It’s located inside the famous Nezu Museum. At first, I thought it was just an ordinary museum, but once I stepped inside, I was completely blown away 🤩 The entire grounds are much larger than expected, and the backyard garden is as beautiful as a paradise!
The little coffee house is nestled within a Japanese garden, surrounded by greenery and rustic architecture. No wonder it’s a super popular spot for Instagram photos—worth the wait even if there’s a line! Designed by the renowned architect Kengo Kuma, every detail is filled with spatial aesthetics. The wooden structure blends perfectly with the natural scenery, making every shot a masterpiece 📸
Sitting inside the café, sipping coffee while admiring the pavilions, waterside terraces, and bamboo-lined paths outside the window is a feast for both the eyes and the palate. If you love architecture, art, and spatial design, this café hidden inside the museum should definitely be on your itinerary!
