[Akihabara] Tuna Cross-Section Eating is Delicious Seafood Izakaya

The restaurant is on the first floor, and the second floor seems to be a related store.
(It has a catchy name, "Niku Son President")

Inside, there are private rooms, counters, and table seats,
and this time we were seated in a private room.

The private room is spacious, and the interior is clean and beautiful, so it’s very nice◎

I was curious about the "cross-section sashimi of bluefin tuna belly" I saw in the reviews.
This is the most luxurious tuna I have ever eaten in my life!
You can enjoy the tuna belly all at once, from lean meat to otoro.
There is no fishy smell at all; it’s incredibly fresh and delicious sashimi.
I recommend eating it with the accompanying pure salt rather than soy sauce to savor the tuna flavor!

I was also curious about the specialty "fish tofu" and tried it.
(I’ve heard of meat tofu, but I wondered what fish tofu would be like.)
Ordering this was the right choice!
The tender fish and tofu soaked with flavor make the perfect combination.
It goes great with alcohol!

We also ate four charcoal-grilled skewers, and of course, all were delicious,
but personally, the "bluefin tuna rare toro seared skewer" and "rare salmon seared skewer" were incredibly tasty!
The "bluefin tuna rare toro seared skewer" was so juicy it felt like steak!? It was like meat.
The outside was nicely grilled, but the inside was fluffy and exquisite.
The "rare salmon seared skewer" was cooked to a perfect degree, and eating it with salmon roe was an irresistible, amazing taste!

Finally, dessert.
We shared it between two people.
I was very curious about the "castella tempura"!
It transformed castella into a completely different, delicious new dish!
It wasn’t oily at all; the castella was fluffy and a new kind of delicious dessert.
It was even more delicious when eaten with cream and ice cream.

We didn’t try it this time, but they also have sea bream shabu-shabu and hot pot dishes that looked delicious, so I want to try them next time!

For the first order, the staff took our order,
and after that, it was mobile ordering, but the food was served quickly,
and the staff’s explanations of the dishes and their attentive service were excellent.

The location is convenient, the food is delicious, and there are private rooms,
making it an izakaya suitable for various situations.

It’s rare to encounter tuna this delicious—
I wonder where the tuna is from; I should have asked the staff.

Overall, I was very satisfied!
