[TOKYO] Famous Fukuoka Restaurant Expands to Ginza!! Delicious Motsunabe

A few years ago, a friend took me to a famous restaurant in Akasaka, Fukuoka, and now it has opened in Ginza, so I went to check it out🙌🏻
This is "Hakata Motsunabe Yamanaka Ginza"!
Located right in the heart of Ginza, right in front of the station, the restaurant has a spacious and elegant entrance and reception on the first floor, and a large dining area with many seats in the basement✨
The appetizer course featured dishes that gave a taste of Fukuoka, such as mentaiko, vinegar motsu, yuba, and plum hijiki, all of which were delicious☆ And the main dish, the motsunabe, was absolutely the best😋
The rich-flavored soup with plump motsu! It’s even better with the condiments like yuzu pepper and garlic🧄
It was great that the course already included extra servings💕
I got really full, and for the finish, you can choose from champon, udon, or zosui, so I went with champon.
It was a very satisfying course, and the dessert was also selectable! The shine muscat ice cream and almond tofu were refreshing and delicious!
