Kagurazaka Walking Diary | An Afternoon of Books, Coffee, and Strawberries

#AugustDestinations2025
The first thing you notice upon entering Tokyo's Kagurazaka is its unique blend of nostalgia and modernity. Tucked away in the alleyway is Kamome Books, a vibrant space that combines a bookstore and gallery. The attached café, Weekenders Coffee All Right, is a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

During the day, enjoy a quiet, artistic moment here with a book and a cup of tea. For a sweet treat, head to nearby Hapimaru Fruits Kagurazaka Main Store, a fruit and dessert shop run by a strawberry farmer. Their large, fresh strawberries are as alluring as jewels. I bought 2 boxes of strawberries here for a total of 1,000 yen - it was truly a happy little treat with an incredible value for money.
