📌The magical adventure begins again at The Making of Harry Potter, Warner Bros. Studio Tokyo.
🚩If you're a Harry Potter fan or just a fan of the movies, this is a must-see. It's truly breathtaking and soul-sucking.
This isn't a theme park, but a movie studio that truly captures the essence of the film. You'll need at least three hours to explore the entire area. This time doesn't include shopping at the entrance!
If you're in a rush to catch your flight like we were, you might be nervous because once you're inside, you won't be able to find your way out. It's a one-way street, so you have to walk all the way to the end. But let me tell you, it's worth it!
🏰 A brief description of the attraction:
Upon entering the tour gate, you'll listen to an explanation of the history and other details and look at the movie posters. This takes about half an hour.
After listening, the doors to the Wizarding World will open and you'll enter the Great Hall. It feels like you're a new student at Hogwarts, with the Sorting Hat waiting to choose your house!
Next, there's a magical moving staircase with photo opportunities. Our photos will appear in picture frames on the wall.
Nearby, you'll find the living rooms of each house, the library, the potions classroom, and various parts of Hogwarts.
Oh, and there are activities to do too. We tried cheering for a Quidditch match and learned how to chant spells and wave our wands, reliving our childhood memories.
Leaving this zone, there's a one-way path to the Forbidden Forest and the outdoor area.
The first thing we saw was Hagrid's hut, which was incredibly cute. Don't forget to buy a Butterbeer. The glasses are so pretty! After you've finished, they'll provide a place to wash them, so you can take them home with you.
Continue walking, you'll find a popular photo spot, which has become a popular profile picture for many: Platform 9-3/4, where you'll see the train to Hogwarts.
Walk down to the Ministry of Magic and Diagon Alley. Finally, you'll find a large Hogwarts model, beautifully lit by day and night, beautifully detailed.
Before reaching the exit, try riding a broomstick and taking some photos. If you like the photos, you can buy some to take home. Further down, you'll enter the same souvenir shop as when you entered, which means we've truly reached the exit!
