Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service

Overall, an amazing experience. I loved the hotel's atmosphere and facilities. The room was very comfortable, with excellent amenities and a view of Tokyo. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a wide variety and local treats. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering smooth service from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Billy at the front desk for the warm welcome, Kim at concierge for great dinner suggestions, Saki and Kaho at the bar for their amazing cocktails and service, and Charlene for her care during breakfast.
