If you are going to Odaiba from Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, or Shibuya, the Rinkai Line is highly recommended. Because it is directly connected to the JR Saikyo Line, it is very convenient to go directly to Odaiba without transferring. Get off at Tokyo Teleport Station.
However, the Rinkai Line only has about 3 trains per hour, and the last direct train from Shinjuku will end a little earlier. If you want to see the night view and want to stay in Odaiba until late, you must check the time!
