If you're still wondering which observation deck to visit at night for the best night view, Tokyo Tower is the right choice. Get off at Akabanebashi Station, and the tall red structure is not far away. No need to worry about how to get to the tower; just follow the crowd because most people are heading to Tokyo Tower. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and when we went, most shops seemed to be closed, but there are staff at the elevator entrance to guide you. As soon as the elevator doors open, everyone can't help but admire the night view from Tokyo Tower. There is also a souvenir shop inside the observation deck. Personally, I think Tokyo Tower is more worth visiting compared to Tokyo Skytree, but if you have time, of course, you can visit both.
