A must-stay hotel for your last night in Okinawa

I chose to stay at the STORYLINE Hotel Setagashima for the last night of my trip to Okinawa, mainly to seize the last sunset time so that I could fly back to Hong Kong calmly the next morning. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the airport. And the hotel facilities are new and complete, after staying really have a relaxing feeling at the end of a vacation.

It’s only a five-minute walk to Sechojima Shopping Street, and there are small shops, cafés and restaurants everywhere where you can eat good food at night and then take a slow walk back to your hotel. Secluded by the sea, you can also see the planes taking off and landing, the sea view is super beautiful at sunset, stay and enjoy the sunset, the mood is very comfortable. If you don’t want to be too hard on your last night, this is definitely the right place.

The room is much larger than the average city hotel, perfect for opening a whole pile of luggage to organize, packing bags will not be forced to a point! The room is fully equipped, dry and wet separated bathroom, the quality of supplies is good, the mattress is thick enough, double-glazed soundproofing, very quiet night rest. Also, the view from the room is excellent, every morning you wake up and pull the curtains to see the plane take off.

The hotel facilities are absolutely perfect, the top floor infinity pool and Sky Bar are great for taking pictures! Whether you are swimming in the morning or drinking a cup at dusk, you will be chilling. Free drinks and happy hour in the lobby are quite courteous. The hotel also offers free parking for self-drive. The staff was quite polite overall, however some customers mentioned that the front desk was a bit cold and if in doubt to ask in advance/communicate patiently.

Booking advice: Okinawa peak season / holidays are recommended to book three months in advance, remember to choose can cancel free; soundproof / air conditioning / bedding have special needs, can communicate with the hotel in advance or check the reviews;
