Tongli is a water town near Suzhou — full of canals, stone bridges, and elegant gardens. It’s like a smaller, quieter version of Venice! I took a wooden boat ride, walked through the old town in the early morning mist, and sipped tea in a 300-year-old teahouse. The town is full of charm, and even just wandering is a pleasure.
