This is my first time posting a review π
This was my first time to Bromo too (June 15, 2021) π
What a trip π, with lots of sharp turns for about 1.5 hours from the Pasuruan toll exit (why would that be?).
Took a deluxe family room (just one night). I checked the OTA price WOW π but got a great deal from Ms. Izzatul Faizah (thank you, Ms. π) and followed up with us all the way to our room (awesome π).
Arriving at the hotel at 1 p.m., I was immediately greeted by the beautiful and friendly staff. However, since we hadn't requested early check-in, we were directed to enjoy a welcome drink/snack first. The menu was warm bajigur and two kinds of mini bread (don't know the names, feel free to help yourself).
At 3 p.m., the staff brought the keys and accompanied us to our room. Your suitcases, etc., are carried by a bellboy (they lift them manually, with two people, quite a distance and up stairs). Don't forget to tip π
Afternoon tea is available from 3-5 PM. The menu includes coffee, tea, ginger juice, ant nest cake, burritos, mini cheese pukis, and burjo (all delicious π). Sit back and relax while enjoying the view and fresh air π
Room: clean, minimalist, with 2 children's play areas (because it's a family room), a balcony, a stacked sofa that can be used as an extra bed, a minibar, 3 pairs of flip-flops, 3 bottles of mineral water (glass bottles, refillable), 3 bottles of wine/whisky (of course, there's a price tag π€£), the room key is manual, but the electricity is card-operated.
Bathroom: sink with hot/cold water, hair dryer, complete toiletries, thick and clean towels, and a smooth hot/cold shower.
Overall, the view here is really nice, instagrammable spots (Cafe Kinandari, Children's Playground, Glass/Green house, Wedding hall, restaurant, lobby, the hospitality is really great ππ
