I have always wanted to visit the oldest shrine in Japan - Izumo Taisha Shrine
So I arranged a 5-day trip from Tottori to Izumo.

D1.D2
On the first day, we went to White Rabbit Shrine, known as the Holy Land for Lovers.
It is a famous shrine that governs marriage.
It may also be the shrine with the most rabbits in Japan 😂
There are also cute bus shelters around the shrine, including Hakuto Coast and Hakuto Bridge.
The next day we set out for the sand dunes. The sand dunes are very close to the city and can be reached by bus.
In addition to riding camels and watching the sea, there are also many cafes and dessert shops nearby.

D3 came to the same mountain in Tottori Prefecture
Public transportation in the mountains is not that convenient.
So I booked a 3HR 5000 yen sightseeing taxi directly at the tourist center.
Visited Oka Castle Pond and Ueda Shoji Museum of Art

(Actually, there are a lot of attractions in Tottori! Such as Conan Museum, Ashikaga Museum of Art, Sakaiminato, Flower Corridor, etc. You can increase or decrease the number of days according to the number of attractions you want to visit)

D4 Matsue, Shimane Prefecture
You may be unfamiliar with Songjiang
But here is the Lake Shinji sunset and hot springs that are one of the top 100 sunsets
There are also many accommodation options here~ You can visit Matsue Castle and Shimane Prefectural Museum of Art
If you are lucky, you can also see the perfect sunset at Lake Shinji

D5 Izumo Taisha Shrine
It takes about an hour to arrive from Songjiang
You can definitely play in Izumo all day long!
After visiting Izumo Taisha Shrine, you can dine next to it and then go for a walk on Inasa Beach
If you are driving by yourself, you can also go to the further Izumo Hi-Osaki Daijingu Shrine.
Hinotsusaki Shrine!

If you want to visit Sanin, it is recommended to enter and exit from Hiroshima or Osaka as it will be more convenient~
