<Aomori> Lake Towada in autumn

Lake Towada is a beautiful caldera lake that straddles Aomori and Akita prefectures.

The lake has a crystal clear blue color and beautiful seasonal scenery, but my recommendation is to see it in autumn with the autumn leaves.

Although it usually changes depending on the weather, you can enjoy autumn at Lake Towada by simply driving around the lake during the autumn leaves season from late October to early November.

There are many spots to park your car around the lake, so you can park your car wherever you like and take photos.
