Here are the main ways to access Lake Towada:

* JR Shin-Aomori Station: Take the JR Bus "Mizuumi-go" for about 3 hours and 10 minutes (summer) or about 4 hours (winter).
* JR Hachinohe Station: Take the JR Bus "Oirase-go" for about 2 hours and 15 minutes.
* In addition to the above, there are seasonal buses and buses from Towada city center. Please check the timetables of each bus company in advance.
* By car:
* From the Tohoku Expressway "Kosaka IC" or "Towada IC," follow National Route 103 and other roads.
* You can also access the lake via national routes from Aomori or Hachinohe.
* Parking lots (both paid and free) are available along the lakeshore.
