At Lake Toya in southern Hokkaido, the dairy farm is meticulous in raising fresh grass and free-range dairy cows every day to produce quality, delicious milk. Inside the farm, there is a cafe, a shop, and a homemade ice cream shop with more than 20 flavors. The ingredients used in the shop come from the farm and other farms in the area. Around the cafe is a lawn, soaking in the view of the flower fields and Mount Yotei. The air is fresh and the nature is beautiful until you forget the time.
🧁 Order dessert, pizza, or beef curry rice and coffee to eat at the cafe or sit on the lawn. Try the milk-flavored pie and pudding. It has a fragrant milky aroma, rich milk flavor, and is not too sweet. You can eat it all the time if you are not afraid of getting fat. There are limited number of desserts. In the afternoon, the desserts may run out.
🍦 Milk-flavored ice cream uses fresh milk from the farm. It is fragrant and mellow, not too sweet, and is perfect for those who do not like sweet tastes.
