The seafood is super fresh. The big prawns are meaty and very bouncy. The prawn heads have prawn roe 😌
Although the three-spot crab doesn’t have much roe, it makes the soup very fresh and sweet.
Besides seafood, the other cooked dishes are actually quite good.
The grilled oysters are very fragrant, topped with plenty of garlic, very flavorful.
The foie gras toast is also delicious, paired with a slightly sweet sauce 👍🏻
