[Tsukuba] Matchmaking at Tsukubasan Shrine

Mount Tsukuba Shrine in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture ⛩ Mount Tsukuba Shrine is an ancient shrine with a history of approximately 3,000 years. It enshrines the deities Tsukuba Otoko no Kami and Tsukuba Onna no Kami, and is widely worshipped as the gods of matchmaking and marital harmony. There are several types of goshuin stamps available. Mount Tsukuba is made up of two peaks, Mount Nantai and Mount Nyotai. You can reach the summit in less than 10 minutes by cable car or ropeway. There are also hiking routes, of course. At the summit station, there is a shop and restaurant where you can buy souvenirs. From the summit, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Kanto Plain, distant mountains, and the sea ✨ Why not visit for a visit?
