Plant Cafe’s Value Meals

Today at noon, a group of friends went to the restaurant downstairs to have lunch after a party. One of our friends had a good meal there and the price was reasonable for the area, so six of us had a meal together, but it was a pity that we couldn't sit together.

📍Location: Near Tuen Mun Swimming Pool Light Rail Station, about ten minutes walk.

🏠Environment: There is floor-to-ceiling glass at the door, and the interior is L-shaped. On the left is the bar, and nearby are plants from Costa Rica, which are very special, a bit like a swollen banyan tree. On the right is a booth, with not much space, and the kitchen takes up half of it.

🍽️Lunch: Two all-day breakfast options are available, no set menu.

Smoked salmon macaroni in bonito broth $48
In addition to macaroni, there are also slow-cooked chicken breast, quinoa, hot spring eggs and waffles. The fish soup has a light taste, the macaroni is soft and chewy, the chicken breast is slightly fried, the meat is a little dry, but tender, the waffles are a bit sweet and have an eggy aroma. Overall it's good 👍🏻.

Shrimp macaroni in tomato soup $48
This is another common dish, tomato macaroni with slow-cooked salt koji chicken breast salad, poached egg and waffles. The tomato soup is very rich and the macaroni is just the right firmness. This soup base is better than the bonito soup, everything else is the same.

Avocado sauce shrimp salad 🥗 $68
This was ordered by a friend. It looked attractive, with half a soft-boiled egg, shrimp and salad. I haven't tried it, so I don't know how it tastes, but my friend was satisfied.
