Only Islamic Ancient Tower in Turpan🇨🇳

This was really a surprise stop of our trip in Turpan. The amount of surprises we have gotten in our trip in Urumqi and Turpan are just incredible!

The Sugong Tower is intricately designed and when you enter inside you realize that it is a praying area. It is actually a mosque inside.

When you walk around the area , you see graveyards. It is so interesting to see that surrounding the mosque are different shapes of tombs.

Ticket price: 50 rmb
Length if visit: 30 minutes to 1 hour ( it isn’t that big)
