🚶‍♀️Climb the 1,049 steps @ "Wat Phra Bat Phu Phan Kham"

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
📍Wat Phra Bat Phu Phan Kham is located in Ubon Ratchathani District, Khon Kaen Province, not far from Khon Kaen City. It's about a 30-40 minute drive.
📍The highlight here is the large white Buddha statue, approximately 14 meters tall, or "Luang Pho Khao," enshrined on a pink lotus pedestal with the Ubon Ratchathani Dam as a backdrop. You have to climb over 1,049 Naga steps. It's not very steep, but it's quite tiring. You'll have to stop and rest when you're tired, and the heat makes it even more tiring. Upon reaching the top of the Buddha statue, we discovered... several cars parked at the top! Yes, there are two ways to get there: either by stairs or by car for those who don't want to walk or can't walk. 😅 The road is well-paved and accessible to all types of vehicles. I consoled myself that the walk up was more enjoyable, haha.
📍Besides the large Buddha statue, there's also a 360-degree viewpoint with a clear view of the Ubon Ratchathani Dam, grasslands, and natural scenery. There's a pavilion where you can sit and enjoy the cool breeze. There are also restrooms available.

📢Open from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission is free every day. P.S. We recommend visiting in the morning or evening to avoid the heat. If you're walking, bring water, a sunhat, or an umbrella.
