Matcha Republic

A small cafe in Uji, not far from Kyoto and Osaka. The shop mainly sells matcha, including ice cream, matcha latte, pure matcha, donuts, and also sells matcha powder and tea making equipment. It is a small shop with not many seats. On the day we went, we ordered a matcha latte. The taste was delicious, not too bitter, not too sweet, just the right amount of deliciousness.
