I finally visited a restaurant that will open in 2023 where you can enjoy galettes and crepes♡

It's located along the Kyudai Main Line tracks, and from the window you can see the tracks and, this season, cherry blossoms and rape blossoms🌸
It was like a painting and just so beautiful✨

I had decided to have lunch, but there were three types, and I couldn't decide what to get, so I tried the galette with pork stewed in tomato, cheese, and Elpe de Provence🍽

I ordered a set, so it came with soup and salad🥗
The soup was Jerusalem artichoke At Taj,
the salad is romaine lettuce and baby leaves✨

"Salad is also delicious on galettes"

I tried it as the shop staff said

It was so delicious that I finished it in one go😋

For drinks, I had the seasonal soda🥤

When I heard it was strawberry and lemon soda,
I couldn't help but order it🍓🍋

It was refreshing and delicious🤍

Anyway, the shop is so wonderful...✨
I recommend the second floor seats🩷
