Actually, Dubai is a province or state in the United Arab Emirates. If I remember correctly, this country has 7-8 provinces. They are beautiful in one cluster like an oasis. The rest are normal. In the picture, there is a Seven Sisters Dubai store in Business Bay, opposite the Hilton Hotel. There is the Dubai River running through it. It is beautiful.
