A rare night parade only available on rainy days

Location: Tokyo Disneyland

There's a rare mini-parade called "Nightfall Glow" that only takes place if Disneyland's nighttime "Electrical Parade" is canceled due to rain.

Unlike the Electrical Parade, this mini-parade is a rare chance to see Mickey and friends arrive in stylish costumes accompanied by fantastical background music, so if it's happening, be sure to capture it on camera!
Also, this parade starts from Toontown, so the route is reversed.
