【Chiba/Maihama】Experience Mexico at Tokyo DisneySea

Currently, Tokyo DisneySea is hosting its first-ever event themed around Disney & Pixar's movie 'Coco,' titled 'Lazos de la Familia.' This limited-time event runs from September 17 to November 2 this year. 💀

The event brings the vibrant and lively atmosphere of Mexico's 'Day of the Dead,' the setting of 'Coco,' to life within the park. ✨

The centerpiece of this event is the Lost River Delta area, inspired by the movie's Mexican setting. Here, a special atmospheric entertainment show featuring Miguel, the protagonist of the movie, is being unveiled for the first time. Guests can enjoy a passionate performance blending the emotional music of 'Coco' with traditional Mexican culture, alongside Miguel and other characters from the story.

The entire area is adorned with colorful decorations that reflect the movie's world. Decorations inspired by marigolds, papel picado garlands reminiscent of Mexican paper art, and objects themed around the movie are set up throughout the area. Guests can immerse themselves in an extraordinary experience, as if they are traveling through the 'Land of the Dead' with Miguel.
