Sanpuku, a bookstore opened by a long-established inn

Sanpuku opened in November 2021 inside Wataya Besso, a well-known, long-established inn in the hot spring town of Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture.
In addition to its hot springs, Ureshino is also famous for its green tea production. The bookstore stocks antique books on tea and the region, so you can enjoy a book or a cup of local tea in the attached cafe.
The on-site inn also offers day-trip hot spring baths, so we recommend stopping here for a cup of tea after your soak.
