🇯🇵 [Kagawa Prefecture] There is a 300-ton megalith! Ubushina Shrine⛩️

This shrine, pronounced Ubushina, is located about a 10-minute walk from Utazu Station. The main hall and worship hall were destroyed in a fire in 1972, but by coincidence, the timing coincided with the Ise Grand Shrine's Shikinen Sengu (periodical rebuilding of the shrine), and the main hall was relocated from the former Taga Shrine of the Outer Shrine of Ise Grand Shrine. There are many stones to see within the shrine grounds, including a 300-ton megalith called Iwasaka and the slightly smaller Gozeniwa.
