Vancouver Trip: Walking around the city ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿšถ

We took advantage of the long Obon holiday to travel to Vancouver.
My son and daughter live far away, studying abroad and working, so we met up there.
Vancouver was my first visit and it was the perfect city, blending nature and city, surrounded by sea and mountains.
Although it was summer, the humidity was low and it was very comfortable.
The roads were wide and laid out in a grid, so after a few days of exploring, I was able to get a general sense of the area.
Just walking around the city was pleasant, and rather than visiting tourist spots further away, I was very satisfied just strolling around.
In particular, the Vancouver Public Library was a place I had been interested in for a long time and had wanted to visit. The distinctive building and quiet, spacious interior are very comfortable.
Next year's FIFA World Cup will be held here. BC Place Stadium, where the venue will be, is within walking distance from the Hilton Vancouver Downtown, where we stayed, and the Vancouver Library.
As you can see from the photos, the scenery and cityscape were truly amazing!
