Hidden Hostel in Country Side of Vang

Vieng, if you’re a traveler and you will visit Vang Vieng, Laos. I have recommendations of place to stay for you.

Vang Vieng is a small city a bit to the north and 2 hours far from Vientiane. I took the van to get to Vang Vieng from Vientiane, it cost 150.000 KIP.

There is one hostel in Vang Vieng that has beautiful pool with the view of river and mountains. You can just walk to find this hostel from where the van stops, it’s only takes 5 minutes.

This hostel has big yard, living rooms, parking for motorbikes, and concert stage in the back yard. There is big dining area by the pool. The breakfast in this hostel also good, they have some options you can choose which is omelet with bread, noodles soup with egg, banana pancake, scrambled eggs with bread, coffee, tea, fruits and some others.

This hostel host by very nice family that very humble and warm. Typically quiet hostel with very nice ambiance.
