Aman Venice

Can't afford to stay at Aman Venice, but it's worth a splendid drink
Aman Venice is located in Palazzo Papadopoli, one of the eight monumental palaces along the Grand Canal in Italy.

The interiors originally featured lavish Rococo style, which Jean-Michel Gathy has reimagined with restrained modern design. Guests staying here can arrive via traditional gondola, entering through the main water gate. The palace faces the canal while boasting a vast, tranquil garden courtyard at the rear. Afternoon tea/aperitivo requires advance booking—considering the ambiance, the drink prices are surprisingly reasonable compared to other Venetian bars.
