Patuxai Monument: A Triumphal Arch ♥️

Patuxai is a war monument in the centre of Vientiane, Laos. Had an opportunity to visit Patuxay and it was beautiful in person. The word Patuxai means “Victory Gate” in English word. It was drafted by Laotian architect Tham Sayasthsena and was built between 1957 and 1968 to commemorates Laotian soldiers who lost their lives during World War II.
