Treasure spots around Jining - Nanyang Ancient Town in Weishan, Jining

Ideal for a day trip, best by self-driving 🚗. Parking at the scenic area costs 10 yuan for small cars and 20 yuan for large cars. Take a boat from the pier to the ancient town, with a streamlined departure, arriving in about 20 minutes. Round-trip boat tickets cost 40💰, and 50💰 if including two attractions. Don't lose your ticket, as it will be checked on the return.

I went there in the afternoon, arriving at 3:30 PM. I boarded the boat to the ancient town at 4:30 PM🕟 and had to catch the last boat back to the pier at 5:30 PM. I could only take a quick tour by sightseeing car. The local specialties are abundant, including dried fish, baked cakes, salted duck eggs, etc. The residents are enthusiastic and often help with directions.
