Caversham Wildlife Park
Not far from downtown Perth, and definitely worth a visit! This zoo offers great interactivity and participation — perfect for kids who love animals, they’ll be thrilled!
We went on a Saturday and there were lots of locals, so we had to queue quite a while at the entrance.

• You’ll get a green map at the entrance.
• Pay attention to the schedule on it — there are fixed times for:
 - Meet the Koala
 - Meet the Wombat
 - Penguin Feeding
 - Farm Show

Make sure to go early and line up in advance to get a front-row spot — if you're late, you won’t see much.
The queue to take a photo with the koala was super long (guess how I found out... 😅).

Besides those events, you can also get up close to kangaroos, and there’s a beautiful pasture area deeper in the park. #travel #australia #perth
