Gude Temple, the red walls of Yellow Crane Tower, and Bagong House are known as Wuhan's top three budget-friendly attractions. It's not that these attractions are free, but rather that you can take photos outside or spend a few yuan to capture a picture that proves you've been to Wuhan!
However, the century-old Bagong House in Hankou is a living museum! Most people are attracted by the brick-red exterior of this building, and there are always people lining up to take photos in front of it.
But few people know that inside, there's a cafe, a Western restaurant, and a hotel. While a French meal isn't cheap, afternoon tea on the first floor is definitely worth experiencing.
📍Address: Bagong House, Lihuangpi Road, Jiang'an District, Wuhan
🚇Transportation: 10-minute walk from Dazhi Road Station on Subway Line 1
💰Average cost: Around 60 yuan
⏰Time: Recommended to go in the afternoon for good lighting, perfect for photos
⭐️Recommendation: Coffee + 2 oatmeal cookies are enough to bring several hours of wonderful time. Chat, take photos, and feel the timeless atmosphere of the old building. I personally think it's worth the trip!⭐️
