🚶♀️ Itinerary
Day 1: A Day Through Old Hankou
📍 Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street (Subway Line 2 Jianghan Road Station): A century-old street mixed with modern malls, you can find Tea Yan Yue Se and Bao Shifu here
📍 Lihuangpi Road (1.5 km from Jianghan Road): Over 20 century-old Western-style buildings converted into cafes and galleries, recommend the window seat at "Old Time Coffee"
📍 Hankou Riverside Park (10-minute walk): Go in the evening to see the Yangtze River light show, under the Second Bridge there is a popular reed marsh check-in spot
Day 2: Collision of Art and History
📍 Wuhan University (Subway Line 8 Xiaohongshan Station): It’s recommended to enter from the National Wuhan University Archway, be sure to take photos at the Cherry Blossom Castle! Outside Lingbo Gate, the East Lake boardwalk now has pink water lilies
📍 Hubei Provincial Museum (15-minute walk): Remember to book three days in advance! The Sword of King Goujian exhibition hall is the most crowded, so go early
📍 East Lake Greenway (Exit from the museum’s east gate): Rent a shared bike for a super chill ride, recommended to check in at the helium balloon and East Lake Eye
Day 3: Modern Landmark Check-ins
📍 Yellow Crane Tower (Subway Line 5 Simenkou Station): Even if you don’t go up the tower, you can get amazing shots at the red wall subway entrance
📍 Liangdao Street (10-minute walk): The locals’ favorite breakfast street, Zhao Shifu’s fried dough with shaomai starts queuing at 8 AM
📍 Tanhualin (8-minute walk): A renovated artsy neighborhood, the Xiaoyin Market’s creative products are worth browsing

Highly recommend staying at Nan Jing Garden S Hotel (Hankou Railway Station Yunfei Road Subway Station branch)! Newly opened in 2024 with very smart facilities, and the subway goes directly to Tianhe Airport/Wuchang Station. Love the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and the super large balcony in the room, you can see Wuhan’s night view at night🌃
