Visit Neidong Forest Recreation Area, enjoy the Wulai Waterfall, and take a relaxing walk. Neidong is not accessible by public transportation, only taxis. After visiting Neidong, you can take a taxi to Wulai Waterfall, then take a trolley to experience the different scenery as you go down the mountain.
