The Tianti Mountain Grottoes are like a silent epic. The Buddha statues carved into the rock face, weathered by millennia, remain serene and composed, as if gazing upon those who visit them from across time and space. Ascending the stone steps, a gentle breeze caresses the ears, and the ancient Buddhist chants echo in the air.
Each Buddha statue's garments are delicately carved, and the remaining painted patterns hint at their former splendor. As the sun slants through the grottoes, the light and shadows play within the grottoes, and the Buddha statues appear enveloped in a golden halo, a tranquil and sacred presence. Standing atop the cliff overlooking the valley, the sight of millennia of history is awe-inspiring.
