🏊I went to Wuxi again last weekend. Last time I went to ◎Yuantouzhu to see the cherry blossoms, and this time I went to ◎Nanchang Street for a stroll. I also discovered a beautiful hotel. It is located in a traditional Suzhou-style courtyard on the banks of the ancient canal.

🫰This is a designer hotel, transformed from a traditional three-entry courtyard. It retains the traditional courtyard structure and the elegant Jiangnan style of white walls, black tiles, small bridges, and flowing water, while adding more modern design elements, presenting a wonderful collision of modern minimalism and traditional Chinese aesthetics.

🌃The entrance has been transformed into a very classical and Japanese-style café, which is also a popular local internet-famous shop. However, café guests can only stay in the front courtyard and cannot enter the backyard, ensuring that hotel guests are not disturbed.
🛌The front courtyard also has a "water corridor" connecting a hidden tea room and the central courtyard. The design is excellent and has a strong Chinese aesthetic.
🛌The second courtyard is the room area, which is also the most distinctive part of the hotel. The open-air courtyard retains the original pond, where koi fish play, and a pavilion is embedded in it, like a "mini Jiangnan."
👍The hotel has two floors and 16 rooms, surrounding the courtyard, each with a different style. They are all named with water-related characters "Su, Fan, Bo, Ze, Run, Yang, Zhan, Yi..." reflecting the theme of water, which is very poetic.
👍The "Fan" room in the center has a large floor-to-ceiling window tea room facing the pond, perfect for taking photos!
🛌The "Su" and "Du" rooms have elegant white rock walls and Cycladic-style arch designs, with a unique sense of space and artistic atmosphere.
🛌The "Run" and "Yang" rooms are loft-style rooms with a strong modern industrial feel and deconstructivist order.

👍The backyard has a different style, with white walls, black tiles, green trees, and blue sky. Sitting in the quiet courtyard, basking in the sun and chatting, it has a unique leisure and life atmosphere.
