The greatest wall, from every angle, Xi'an.

Xi'an city wall is totally different to our first experience of the wall, away from the city, but just as enchanting. We were lucky enough to capture the sunset while on it 🌅🏯, beautiful. You can make the walk as long or as short as you like with a perimeter of just over 13km. We started at the Tower opposite Times Square shopping centre, closest subway station 🚇was
​yongningmen.
​🎟ticket was 54RMB, 248RMB if you wish to stay for the Tang dynasty celebration (recommended) see pictures.
​🏃We walked West for about 2 hours, there are a couple of exit gates on the way, most do close at 8pm.
​🏯Hanguang Gate is a little museum on its own, lots of information and beautifully preserved relics of the wall inside it.
​As you exit the Hanguang gate, walk west until you can cross under the wall to the other side then walk back to your starting point via Bao'ensi Jie, this is a lively street with lost of shops, 🍸bars and 🍜🥤restaurants.#roadtrip #china #summervacation #xian
