It was first built during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty and expanded on the basis of the imperial city of the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It retains a complete moat, arrow tower, and urn system, and is known as the "living fossil of the ancient city"🗿.

You can hike/bike around and feel the charm of the Ming Dynasty city wall architecture; climb the tower to enjoy the blend of ancient and modern scenery, and the magnificent lights at night; it includes historical and cultural exhibitions, suitable for cultural and leisure tours🌃.

The whole journey is about 13.7 kilometers, and it takes time to walk; some steps are steep; tourists are dense in the tower area during the peak season.
